Interest Free College Loans: They Do Exist

Massachusetts residents who are enrolled full time in a degree or certificate program at a participating Massachusetts public or private colleges may qualify for the Massachusetts No Interest Loan (NIL) offered through the Massachusetts  Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA).  Loan amounts range from $1,000 to $4,000.
